The is a facilitated peer support group for moms to explore the challenges of managing the co-parent relationship while striving to create a safe and healthy home for you and your children.
Topics we will cover
- Maintaining healthy boundaries
- Communicating with someone who is hostile and uncooperative
- Acknowledging and holding the grief of lost sense of emotional safety
- Managing worry about the impact on your children and how to help them navigate the parallel realities they are experiencing.
